- אָכַף, אֲכַףch. (b. h. אָכַף √כף, v. כפף), denomin. of אוכָּף, to ride on a saddled ass. Nid. 14a הא דמֵיכַףוכ׳ Ar. (ed. דמַכַּף = מְאַכַּף Pa.) in the one case it means that he rides on a saddled ass. מיכף Snh.36a, v. כּוּף.
